Received a GST notice? Reply with facts, on time

Most GST notices come from mismatches between GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B and e-way bills. We read the notice, reconcile the numbers, draft a clear reply with supporting documents and file it before the deadline.

Frequently asked questions

How much time do I have to reply?

It depends on the notice. Scrutiny notices usually allow 30 days and show cause notices state a date. Send it to us as soon as you receive it.

Can I just pay and close the matter?

Sometimes that is the cheapest route. We first check whether the demand is correct, since many notices arise from timing differences that can be explained.

Do I need to attend a hearing?

Not always. Where a hearing is fixed, we can represent you, quoted separately.
