Refund policy
If AdvisoNet is unable to begin a one-time service, the professional fee is refunded in full. Once work has started, fees for work completed to date are retained and the balance refunded. Government fees paid to any authority are non-refundable. Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice; annual plans are refundable within the first 30 days on a pro-rata basis, less services already delivered. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days.
