Frequently asked questions
How early can I renew?
Up to one year before the expiry date. Renewing early does not shorten the 10-year term.
What if my trademark has already expired?
You can still renew within 6 months of expiry with a surcharge. Between 6 and 12 months, it can be restored and renewed. Act quickly.
Is the fee per class?
Yes. Each class covered by the registration needs its own renewal fee.
