How it works

Share your employee master and salary structures; we set up payroll and flag wage-definition gaps

Each month you send attendance and changes; we return payslips, a bank file and the TDS working

We file quarterly TDS returns and issue Form 16 after year end

Timeline

Every month, by your pay date. Government processing times are outside our control; we track and follow up on every application.

If you skip it

Penalty exposure: Late TDS deposit carries interest of 1.5% per month, and a late TDS return carries a fee of Rs 200 per day up to the TDS amount, plus a possible penalty of Rs 10,000 to Rs 1 lakh. Wrong wage structures can also mean short PF contributions and back-dated liability.

Frequently asked questions

How do the new Labour Codes affect our salary structure?

Under the Code on Wages, allowances above 50% of total pay are added back to wages. That can raise PF, gratuity and leave encashment costs. We review your structure and show the impact before you change anything.

Is Form 16 still issued?

The salary TDS certificate continues, but under the Income-tax Act, 2025 it carries a new form number (Form 130). Employees use it the same way to file their returns.

Do you need access to our bank account?

No. We prepare the bank transfer file; you or your finance team approve and release the payment.
