Frequently asked questions
What is the due date for PF and ESI?
Both PF and ESI contributions for a month are due by the 15th of the following month.
Did the Labour Codes change PF filing?
PF and ESI now sit under the Code on Social Security, with a new EPF Scheme notified in 2026. The 12% contribution rate and Rs 15,000 wage ceiling continue, but the wider wage definition can increase the PF wage for many employees.
We missed a few months. Can you help?
Yes. We file pending months, compute likely interest and damages, and check whether any current relief scheme applies to you.
